Flowers in a pallette of four bold colors infused the event with a mood of Spring even though it was only February. Rhinestone monogram ornaments marked each bridesmaid bouquet.

The favors were useful gifts, wrapped beautifully and displayed at the sunset cocktail reception. Each one was tagged with a letterpressed table assignment card in lieu of using traditional escort cards.

The reception tables were named for landmarks at the college where the bride and groom met, and the tables were marked using notecards from Gainesville Fruit Company.

The tables in the reception hall were arranged around a dancefloor. At the front of the room was a banquet table with chairs on both sides to liven conversation during dinner. A letterpress menu at each place setting offered a selection of two entrees and three cake flavors.
