The cake was my favorite! We used my FAVORITE bakery Cakes by Edda in Miami, FL. It was a simple 4-tier square cake with smooth buttercream icing, yummmmy!

I love dancing with my husband and our first dance was one of the BEST moments of our wedding. We danced to Brian McKnight’s “Never Felt This Way”.

As you can see we used the BRITT branding throughout the entire room!

My bridesmaids were great! The girls wore taupe dresses by Bill Levkoff in two different styles. I wanted everyone to have Orange Calla Lilies but settled with just by bouquet, maid of honor bouquets, and the boutonnieres.

I tried to make the table signage interested for each station, and since my husband and I both very laid back we wanted to make them fun and interesting. So for the sign-in table we asked for everyone’s “Autographs”!

I am an only child and I wanted the father-daughter dance to be special for my dad and not just the same slow song. So we started out dancing to “Hero” by Mariah Carey, and about half-way thru the song I signaled the DJ to fade out and play one of his favorite songs. The look on his face was PRICELESS and we had a great time shaking it!

When we entered the room we wanted people to remember our entrance. The bridal party entered to Neyo’s “SEXY LOVE” and we entered to T.I’s “What you know about that” It was a great moment!

We had two different centerpieces that were strategically positioned around the room. The entire theme was centered on the Double Happiness symbol and small touches of Asian Flare. Our tables were square with Burnt orange pintuck linens, Ivory pintuck napkins and Mahogany Chivary chairs with Ivory cushions. The table was adorned with Double Happiness Table #, a Gold Charger with Double Happiness Menu cards, and mini Gold takeout boxes with a “special fortune” inside and Mahogany Chopsticks on top.

We wanted to keep everything consistent so we used the same printer The Paper Girl, Miami to print everything, from the Save the Date cards, to the Thank you notes.
