We had tall white orchid arrangements done in high gloss black vases for dramatic contrast. We were thrilled with the flowers and love the dramatic and modern entry to the reception. Guests were served red pomegranate martinis as they made their way up from the courtyard cocktail reception.

This beautiful marble staircase was one of the reasons we were drawn to the hotel. I love the architectural detailing of this shot. I chose a Monique Lhuillier gown with gorgeous bold modern lines, which were showcased nicely in this atmosphere. This was taken just prior to going into the reception, it was nice to have a few minutes alone before starting the party.

Placecards made by the bride and groom. We designed placecards which work back to our invitations and website. Food choices were denoted in silver printing coded for the caterers.

Hotel Monaco courtyard reception. It was great weather for our September wedding, and the courtyard was a fantastic setting for the ceremony. I love the shot of our flower girl chasing after us.

Orchids carried into the reception hall in several different styles of arrangements. They alternated on tables and were a great topic of conversation and kept guests looking for the unexpected throughout the evening. This unique round vase arrangements is one of my favorites.
