We were married outdoors at Silver Lake Country Club as the sun was setting. Afterwards, all the trees & gazebos filled with white lights. It was beautiful!

I wanted my bouquest to have mine & Matt's favorite flowers, our favorite colors, & look like a firework. Our florist, Rizzi's, accomplished it all!

We wanted the design of our cake to look like blue & green fireworks. Fleckenstein's Bakery did a fantastic job. I'm also an animal keeper at a zoo in Chicago, so our topper was a zebra couple.

We love Pirates of the Caribbean, so we had our bridal party announced at the reception to its theme music. And instead of the traditional sunglasses, we them come in wearing eye patches. Aargh!
