Wedding location: Steamboat Springs Colorado
Our flowers were inspired by our fall wedding in the Colorado mountains. I asked our amazing florist, Kristi, at Alpine Floral to create a fun mix using vibrant fall colors. These were exactly what I had in mind!

Our original cake took a fateful slide into the back seat of the baker's car on the way to our reception. Luckily for us our talented baker, Amy from Winona's, created this cake for us in just the few hours she had before we arrived! When I saw the cake I knew it was different from what we had planned but was absolutely pleased by how wonderful it looked! Thank You Amy!!

I can't help but smile when I look at this picture. Mike and I had a few moments to walk together down Main Street after the formal pictures and before the ride over to the reception. It was our first few minutes alone as Husband and Wife, what a wonderful feeling!

This is one of our flower girls, my cousin Cassidy. She is just darling. My Mom sewed both the girl's dresses and Cassidy still loves to wear her "princess dress!"

It is hard to tell in this photo, but those garters are Chicago Bear garters! My husband is a die hard fan and I surprised him with his beloved bears when we did the toss. Needless to say he was shocked!
