Screenshot 1: This is the homepage of our site. The color palette mirrors that of our wedding - berry-hued purples and pinks. My husband (then fiance) created the flash-based banner animation and the countdown timer using graphic elements originally designed for our stationery. The homepage also pulled in the latest entries from our blogs ("She Said" for me and "He Said" for his), so visitors could keep up with our wedding planning adventures.

Screenshot 2: Since most of our guests were coming from out of town, we wanted our site to serve as a resource for them, so we created a page that integrated our wedding points of interest with Google Maps.
